Established in 1985, Fujian Quanzhou Haibin Protective Armaments Co., Ltd. is one of the few manufacturers in China that matches protective products to ISO9001:2015, SGS management certification. 

In the past 30 years, We have developed and produced various products, includinganti riot helmet, anti riot shield, baton, and assault boat, weapon fiberglass packingcase, and other police equipments.

HAIBIN products have been supplying to Chinese army PLA, Chinese Armed PoliceForce headquarters, the Ministry of Public Security of China, and Shanghai AerospaceBureau.
